Played the course toady and we had a foursome behind 2 senior foursomes so the play was a little slow but we did not complain because we were there to enjoy a game of golf. However, on the back nine the couse ranger sat in our back pocket the whole round and made for a miserable day. If the course allows only 10 minutes a hole per foursome then post it in the pro shop for all to see. If you cannot look for a lost ball also post that as a regulation for all to see. While I realize he is only doing his job we felt he was really over-bearing. We pay the same as everyone else to play a round of golf. If we were scratch plays we would probably be on a private course. If our play is too slow the group behind is welcome to play thru for the asking. I just feel the rangers actions were uncalled for and he just ruined a nice round of golf.
