I am very disappointed with the Deal Country Club. I had received a $150 gift certificate as a present but got stationed overseas for a 2 year assignment before I had the opportunity to use it and the certificate had technically expired by the time I returned to the states. Upon my return I explained my situation and asked if there was any way they would be willing to work with me to honor it. I received a very cold answer of “No”. I asked if they could even give me partial credit and again I got a very cold, one-word answer of “No”. After a short period of stunned silence the person on the line asked me “Is there anything else I can help you with?”

I was quite shocked and personally offended at the coldness and inflexibility of the people at Deal. It will be a cold day in Hades before ever give the Deal Country club a single penny of my money. I’m not telling you not to patronize Deal CC but I thought you should know the caliber of people that you are giving your money to.

Hi, I just went to this site to look for a place to buy my husband a golf G.Cert. for his birthday. I will not purchase one for Deal CC. after hearing your story. This is unfair and unpatriotic to say the least!
I will spread the word to make sure that my associates, friends, etc. do not patronize Deal C.C.! Best of luck to you and thank you for all that you do for our country!
